Why hasn’t anyone done phase-aligned before?
Most supplements were designed as one-size-fits-all daily formulas. FEMSTATE™ is the first true phase-aligned supplement system created to bring those insights into everyday nutrition.
Why isn’t there one supplement that works for everyone?
Because women aren’t physiologically the same every day. Traditional supplements were designed around the idea that your nutritional needs stay constant. FEMSTATE™ starts from a different belief: your hormones change your physiological needs, so your nutrition should too.
What makes FEMSTATE™ different from a regular multivitamin?

Why do I need different nutrition throughout my cycle?
Your hormones help coordinate normal changes in metabolism, immune activity, energy use, recovery, sleep, skin, and other body systems across the month. FEMSTATE™ aligns nutrition with those natural shifts instead of assuming every day is the same.
Taking it
How do I take FEMSTATE™?
One scoop per day. Mix it with water or your favorite cold beverage. Your box clearly tells you which formula to take and when, making it easy to stay in sync with your body.
Will I need to take more pills?
No. FEMSTATE™ replaces handfuls of separate supplements with one scoop a day that’s designed for your current phase.
Do I have to track my period?
No. Tracking helps improve personalization, but it isn’t required. If you don’t have a regular cycle, are in perimenopause or menopause, we’ll recommend the formula that best fits your life stage. Contact us if you want to learn more.
How do you know which formula I need?
Our 2-minute assessment asks about your age, life stage, cycle, your priorities, and symptoms. Using this information, FEMSTATE™ recommends the formula designed for where your body is today.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different. Some women notice changes within a few weeks, while others experience gradual improvements over several cycles. Nutrition works by consistently supporting normal body function over time.
Do I need to take other supplements?
Most women won’t need to. FEMSTATE™ provides a comprehensive nutritional foundation designed around women’s changing physiology. If you’re taking prescription medications or other supplements, check with your healthcare provider.
Safety & suitability
Is FEMSTATE™ hormone-free?
Yes. We don’t replace, suppress, or manipulate your hormones. We simply provide nutrients that support your body’s normal physiology throughout different hormonal phases.
Is FEMSTATE™ safe for women with HR+?
FEMSTATE™ was intentionally formulated without hormone ingredients, phytoestrogens, hormone precursors, DIM, or adaptogenic herbs commonly found in women’s supplements. Many women with HR+ breast cancer look for hormone-free nutrition, and FEMSTATE™ was designed with that philosophy. If you’re undergoing treatment or have a medical condition, we recommend discussing any supplement with your healthcare provider.
What if I’m on birth control?
Hormonal birth control changes your natural hormone fluctuations, so the traditional menstrual phases may not fully apply. Our assessment takes this into account and recommends the most appropriate FEMSTATE™ program for your situation.
Can I use FEMSTATE™ if my periods are irregular?
Absolutely. Whether your cycles are irregular, or not. FEMSTATE™ offers recommendations based on your current hormonal life stage. Use it on the first day of your period and follow the system.
Can I take FEMSTATE™ during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
FEMSTATE™ is not currently formulated for pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend using a prenatal supplement and following your healthcare provider’s guidance during these stages.
Can teenagers use FEMSTATE™?
We offer formulations specifically designed for different life stages, including teens. The recommendation quiz helps determine the best option. We recommend using FEMSTATE™ from 18 years old.
Is FEMSTATE™ only for women with symptoms?
No. FEMSTATE™ is phase-aligned nutrition. it is not designed only for symptom management. It’s designed to support women’s changing nutritional needs throughout the cycle, whether you experience noticeable symptoms or not.

Is every ingredient clinically dosed?
We formulate using evidence-informed ingredient levels selected for each phase of the cycle. Rather than adding trendy ingredients in tiny amounts, we prioritize ingredients that have meaningful scientific rationale for women’s physiology.
Is FEMSTATE™ vegan?
Most of our ingredients are plant-based, but some formulas may contain ingredients that are not vegan, such as marine-derived like collagen. Each product page clearly lists ingredients and dietary information. FEMSTATE™ is shellfish, gluten, soy, dairy and sugar free.
Where is FEMSTATE™ made?
FEMSTATE™ is manufactured in the United States in an FDA-registered facility, and it is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

When does FEMSTATE™ recommend consulting a healthcare professional?
We believe women deserve both innovation and transparency. While every ingredient in FEMSTATE™ was selected based on scientific evidence, safety, and our HR+ conscious formulation philosophy, certain medical conditions and medications require individualized guidance. Consulting your healthcare professional helps ensure FEMSTATE™ fits safely within your overall health plan.

FEMSTATE™ was formulated using ingredients selected for their favorable safety profiles and compatibility with healthy adult women. However, because every woman has unique health needs, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using FEMSTATE™ if any of the following apply:
- You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- You have been diagnosed with a medical condition requiring ongoing treatment, including kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, or significant cardiovascular disease.
- You have a history of iron overload disorders (such as hereditary hemochromatosis) or have been advised to avoid iron supplementation.
- You are taking prescription medications, including blood thinners (anticoagulants), blood pressure medications, diabetes medications, thyroid medication, antidepressants, sedatives, immunosuppressants, or medications that may interact with vitamins, minerals, or botanicals.
- You have received treatment for hormone-sensitive conditions, including hormone receptor-positive (HR+) breast cancer, or have been advised by your healthcare team to carefully review dietary supplements.
- You have known allergies to any ingredient contained in FEMSTATE™.
